Upcoming SPFPP Events: Navigating Stigma, Building Connection, and Empowering Health
SPFPP Virtual Events
Workshops and classes to support you emotionally, mentally, and relationally—wherever you are in your herpes journey.
At Something Positive for Positive People, our events are designed to support your emotional wellness, reduce herpes stigma, and connect you with grounded tools for navigating life after a herpes diagnosis.
All events are virtual, low-pressure, and created with your privacy and comfort in mind. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your journey, you’ll find space here to be seen, heard, and supported.
Workshops on Herpes Disclosure & Support
We host interactive workshops on how to talk about herpes with partners, manage fear of rejection, and move through shame with care. These are safe, welcoming spaces where you can ask questions, share experiences, or simply listen in.
Yoga Classes for Emotional Wellness
Yoga sessions focus on reconnecting with your body, calming the nervous system, and working through the emotional weight of stigma. You’ll experience a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, and stillness—all guided through a trauma-informed lens.
What You’ll Get from Our Events
